目的:考察黄芪潜在的止痛、安神及止血功能。方法:分别观察黄芪水煎剂高、中、低剂量对小鼠物理致痛(热板法)和化学致痛(扭体法)反应的影响;对小鼠戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠量作用和戊巴比妥钠催眠时间的影响以及对大鼠凝血功能的影响,并和空白对照组以及中、西药阳性对照药进行比较。结果:黄芪水煎剂能提高小鼠的痛阈,减少小鼠的扭体次数,对戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠量小鼠睡眠有增强作用,延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠作用时间。此外,能够缩短凝血酶原时间及部分凝血活酶时间,增加纤维蛋白原。结论:黄芪具有确切的止痛、安神以及止血功能。这与古代方剂数据库检索含黄芪方剂的病证分布的分析结论是一致的。
Objective: To investigate the potential analgesic, soothing and hemostatic functions of Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: The effect of Astragalus membranaceus decoction at high, medium and low doses on physical pain (hot plate method) and chemical pain (writhing) reaction in mice was observed. Effect and pentobarbital sodium hypnosis time as well as the impact of coagulation function in rats, and compared with the blank control group and the positive control medicine of Chinese and Western medicine. Results: Astragalus membranaceus decoction can increase the pain threshold of mice and reduce the number of writhing in mice, enhance the sleep of mice in sublingual hypnosis of pentobarbital sodium, prolong the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium in mice . In addition, it is possible to shorten the prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time and increase fibrinogen. Conclusion: Astragalus has the exact analgesic, soothe the nerves and hemostasis.
