目前我国的教育阶段一般分为五大阶段,学生从幼儿园开始就进行学习,依次从小学升初中,初中升高中,再到大学,学前教育通俗来讲就是幼儿园学习。幼儿园发展好坏都取决于幼儿园园长的决策。园长作为最高决策者,对幼儿园各方面的发展起决定性作用,与此同时,从幼儿园发展状况可以体现园长的为人处世风格与领导能力。作为一个领导者,要充分调动有效的人力资源和物力资源促进整体发展,秉持以人为本的思想,重视日常教学活动,提高教学质量和教学方式。
At present, China’s education stage is generally divided into five major stages, students from kindergarten to begin learning, followed by primary school, junior high school, junior high school, and then to college, preschool education is generally speaking kindergarten learning. Kindergarten development is good or bad depends on the kindergarten director decision. As the highest decision-maker, the headmaster plays a decisive role in the development of kindergarten in all aspects.
