目的:探讨动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死(ATCI)急性期患者血清新蝶呤(Npt)浓度的动态变化。方法:以20例ATCI急性期患者为实验组,于发病第1、3、7、14天4个时间点分别测定血清Npt水平;以15例非血管病的神经性疾病患者为阳性对照组及20例健康体检者为正常组分别于上述时间点测定血清Npt水平。结果:ATCI急性期患者血清Npt水平于发病第1、3、7天明显高于同期阳性对照组及正常组水平(P<0.05);且发病第1、3、7天明显高于第14天水平(P<0.05)。结论:ATCI急性期血清Npt明显升高,随着病情逐渐稳定而下降,并于第14天趋于正常,反映了不稳定脑动脉粥样硬化斑块的活动情况,表明Npt是ATCI活动的一个重要标志。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of serum neopterin (Npt) in patients with acute atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction (ATCI). Methods: Twenty patients with acute stage ATCI were selected as the experimental group, and serum Npt levels were measured at the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day respectively. Fifteen patients with neurological disease without vascular disease were selected as positive control group and Twenty healthy subjects were in normal group. Serum Npt levels were measured at the above time points. Results: The serum Npt level in patients with acute ATCI was significantly higher than that in the positive control group and the normal control group on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day (P <0.05), and was significantly higher than the 14th day Level (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The serum Npt was significantly increased in the acute stage of ATCI and decreased with the gradual stabilization of the disease. It became normal on the 14th day, reflecting the activity of unstable atherosclerotic plaque, indicating that Npt is a member of ATCI activity Important signs.
