学校是以教学工作为主,但是教学管理工作也影响着学校的发展,其中最主要的就是后勤管理工作。小学时整个教育事业的基础,小学后勤管理工作也是整个小学教学事业发展的基础。本文针对后勤管理工作的职责以及在小学教学工作中的重要性展开探讨,为小学后勤管理工作服务于教学事业提供合理性的发展策略。
The school is based on teaching work, but teaching management also affects the development of the school, the most important of which is logistics management. The basis of the entire primary school education, logistics management of primary schools is also the basis for the development of teaching in primary schools. In this paper, the responsibility of logistics management and the importance of teaching in primary schools are explored to provide a rational development strategy to serve the teaching of primary logistics management.
