鞍钢是我国特大型钢铁冶金联合企业,拥有8所科研设计机构、7所大中专学校和4万余名科技工作者队伍,40年来共为国家产钢2.045亿吨、铁1.926亿吨、钢材1.3亿吨,上缴利税446.5亿元,相当于国家对鞍钢投入的7.3倍,是国家经济的重要支柱。经过多年的技术改造,鞍钢已形成年产钢能力800万吨,年产钢材能力650万吨,是冶金行业的排头兵。但是,就总体而言,鞍钢的技术装备已陈旧,
