本文应对司法实践需要,主要从非法使用“伪基站”的行为定性和法律适用两个方面进行论述和解读,以期为打击制裁此类犯罪提供法律论证和参考。
This paper addresses the needs of judicial practice, mainly from the illegal use of “pseudo-base station” behavior qualitative and legal application of two aspects of the discussion and interpretation, with a view to providing such legal sanctions against criminal sanctions and reference.
