通过不同培养处理,对龙胆草斑枯病菌生物学特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:病菌在8℃~30℃范围内能够生长发育,但最适温度是25℃。病原菌对营养要求较严格,在PDA+寄主煎汁培养基上生长发育最好。对C源的利用上,单糖好于双糖,双糖好于多糖。该病菌属喜铵态氮的真菌,病菌产孢需要光照,但光照对生长影响不明显。病菌分生孢子在温度5℃~32℃,pH45~73,相对湿度96%以上条件下都可以萌发,但在温度25℃、pH62、水中有空气条件下,萌发最快最好
Through different culture treatments, the biological characteristics of Gobiocarx japonicus were studied. The results showed that the bacteria could grow in the range of 8 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, but the optimum temperature was 25 ℃. Pathogenic bacteria on the more stringent requirements of nutrition, in the PDA + host fried juice growth and development of the best. On the utilization of C source, monosaccharide is better than disaccharide, and disaccharide is better than polysaccharide. The bacteria are like ammonium nitrogen fungus, bacteria need spores sporulation, but the impact of light on the growth is not obvious.
