提出了一种用于进 /发匹配的畸变模拟板与紊流发生环组合畸变模拟技术 ,根据该技术所设计的畸变模拟装置由可调节角度的模拟板以及可换装的紊流环组成 ,轴向长度仅等于通道截面一倍当量直径。通过实验研究得到了可调畸变模拟板与可换紊流发生环的几何设计参数及其组合状态下的气动性能变化规律 ,为该组合模拟技术的进一步运用打下了基础。在进气道出口马赫数为 0 .3~ 0 .5时 ,该畸变模拟装置模拟产生的稳态畸变值△σ0 在 3 %~ 5%之间连续可调 ,模拟产生的紊流度ε可高达 2 %~ 3 .5%
A distortion simulation technique for the distortion simulation board and turbulent flow generating ring is proposed for the input / output matching. The distortion simulation device designed according to the technique consists of an adjustable angle analog board and a reversible turbulence ring, The axial length is only equal to one equivalent diameter of the passage cross section. Through the experimental study, the geometrical design parameters of the adjustable distortion plate and the exchangeable turbulent flow generating ring and the change rule of the aerodynamic performance under the combined condition are established, which lays the foundation for the further application of the combined simulation technology. The steady-state distortion Δσ0 simulated by the distortion simulator can be continuously adjusted between 3% and 5% with the machined Mach number of the inlet at 0.3 ~ 0.5.
