4月1日,工业和信息化部办公厅印发了《关于开展2015年智能制造试点示范项目推荐的通知》,规定了智能制造试点示范项目推荐的基本条件、推荐程序、申报要求等内容。此前在3月,工业和信息化部印发了《关于开展2015年智能制造试点示范专项行动的通知》,并下发了《2015年智能制造试点示范专项行动实施方案》(下称《实施方案》),决定自2015年启动实施智能制造试点示范专项行动,以促进工业转型升级,加快制造强国建设进程。
On April 1, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on Carrying out the 2015 Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project Recommendation, which stipulated the basic conditions, recommended procedures and application requirements for the smart manufacturing pilot demonstration project. Prior to this, in March, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued the Notice on Carrying out 2015 Special Initiative on Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration and issued the 2015 Implementation Plan of Special Projects for Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration (hereinafter referred to as “Implementation Plan” ) Decided to launch a special demonstration project on smart manufacturing pilot projects from 2015 to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and accelerate the process of building a powerful nation.
