近年来,随着烟花爆竹传统产区打击非法生产经营烟花爆竹工作的加强,非法生产经营烟花爆竹活动出现向行政区域交界边缘地带转移的新趋势。针对新形势,经国务院安委会办公室提议,河南省、安徽省安委办积极组织推动,在两省交界地带创新建立了豫皖两省烟花爆竹“打非”工作区域联动机制。
