肝胆宁(Oxaphenamidi,Oxa)对Fenton反应生成的羟自由基(·OH)有较强的消除作用(SC50为73.1μmol/L),其作用超过·OH的特异性清除剂甘露醇(SC50为21.3mmol/L),能够清除NBT/PMS/NADH体系产生的超氧阴离子(O2-),其SC50约为145.0μmol/L,相当于10.3U的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,O2-的特异性清除剂);肝胆宁(150μmol/L)能有效地抑制由AAPH诱发的红细胞氧化性溶血(抑制2h以上),显示了较强的防御脂质过氧化的能力.提示肝胆宁对急慢性肝炎、胆囊炎、胆道炎等炎症、促进胆汁分泌及胆结石等的治疗作用可能与其清除自由基及防御脂质过氧化的能力有关.
Oxaphenamidi (Oxa) has a strong elimination effect on the hydroxyl radical (· OH) generated by Fenton reaction (SC50: 73.1μmol / L), and its effect exceeds that of · OH, the specific scavenger mannitol 21.3mmol / L), which can clear the superoxide anion (O2-) produced by NBT / PMS / NADH system. The SC50 is about 145.0μmol / L, which is equivalent to 10.3U of superoxide dismutase - specific scavenger); HepGN (150μmol / L) can effectively inhibit erythrocyte oxidative hemolysis induced by AAPH (inhibited more than 2h), showing a strong ability to prevent lipid peroxidation. These results suggest that the therapeutic effect of Gandanning on inflammation such as acute and chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, bile secretion and gallstone may be related to its ability to scavenge free radicals and prevent lipid peroxidation.
