《中国居民膳食指南》明确指出,6岁以上人群每天应吃粗粮50~100克。因为粗粮中的矿物质、维生素和膳食纤维要成倍地高于细粮,这对于现代人维护身体健康、预防某些癌症和心脑血管疾病的发生有着格外重要的意义。
