转文性通知是通知文种中的一个重要类别。上级机关把现有的文件转发给下级机关了解与执行,下级机关转发上级机关的文件要求自己所属机关执行,转发平级机关或不相隶属机关的文件供所属有关机关参考等,都经常使用转文性通知。根据被转文件发文机关的不同,转文性通知又可分为三种:
