本文按年龄分组对62例健康人进行健身跑前、后脑电阻图分析,发现健身跑后脑电阻图恢复陡直型,重搏波增加,上升时间缩短,上升角增大,而波幅变化不著。这些变化反映了健身跑有使脑血流量增加、脑血管扩张的作用。但是各年龄组的变化不尽相同,20岁组健身跑后几乎全部恢复为陡直型,而临着年龄递增,陡直型恢复减少,50岁以上组几乎无变化,反映出中老年脑血管机能已减退。本文还对健身跑的适应症和注意事项进行了讨论。
In this paper, 62 healthy subjects were grouped by age and analyzed before and after the exercise. The results showed that the brain resistance plots recovered steep and straight after exercise, and the increase of Doppler wave, the rise time and the rise angle increased, but the amplitude fluctuated. These changes reflect the fitness run to increase cerebral blood flow, cerebrovascular expansion role. However, the changes in different age groups were not the same. The 20-year-old group almost all recovered to steep-type after running, while the advancing age increased and the steep-type recovery decreased. There was almost no change in the over 50-year-old group, Function has diminished. This article also discusses the indications and precautions for fitness running.
