报道了喷多收中芸苔素内酯的测定方法，样品中加入适量的苯硼酸，用乙酸乙酯溶解，在８０℃水浴上反应０．５ｈ。于高效液相色谱紫外检测器［灵敏度：（ＡＵＦＳ）０．０２］在波长２２２ｎｍ测定，该方法对芸苔素内酯在０．１６ｍｇ／ｇ—０．１９ｍｇ／ｇ水平上添加的回收率为９７．０９％—１０１．８２％，平均变异系数为１．２３％。
Reported the method of measuring the yield of brassinolide by adding appropriate amount of phenylboronic acid to the sample, dissolving it with ethyl acetate and reacting for 0.5h at 80 ℃ in water bath. In the high performance liquid chromatography UV detector [Sensitivity: (AUFS) 0.02] measured at a wavelength of 222nm, the method for the recovery of brassinolide 0.16mg / g-0.19mg / g level was 97.09% -101.82%, the average coefficient of variation was 1.23%.
