德尔福汽车系统公司是目前世界上规模最大、服务范围最广的汽车零部件企业,去年的总销售额逾300亿美金。1990年初它从美国通用汽车公司中独立出来,1995年以前名叫通用汽车零部件集团。目前,德尔福是美国通用汽车公司的全资子公司。 德尔福汽车系统公司中国业务总裁赵克强博士,祖籍广东番禺,生在南京,儿时举家去了台湾,25岁时去了美国。赵克强博士在美国通用汽车公司已有20年的司龄。1995年,赵博士第一次返回中国,在北京代表处工作了半年之后,又开赴上海组建上海办事处。去年7月,赵博士再次返回北京,打理德尔福在华的全都业务。 赵博士的管理风格一如他的谈吐温和、殷厚,使人感受到中国传统文化中那种巨大包容性和亲和力。
Delphi Automotive Systems is the world’s largest auto parts company with the largest range of services. Last year’s total sales exceeded 30 billion US dollars. In early 1990 it was independent from General Motors of the United States. Prior to 1995, it was named General Motors Components Group. Currently, Delphi is a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Corporation of the United States. Dr. Zhao Keqiang, president of Delphi Automotive Systems’ China business, was originally from Guangdong Panyu and was born in Nanjing. His childhood family went to Taiwan and he went to the United States when he was 25 years old. Dr. Zhao Keqiang has been in the United States for 20 years. In 1995, Dr. Zhao returned to China for the first time. After working for a representative office in Beijing for half a year, he went to Shanghai to form a Shanghai office. In July last year, Dr. Zhao returned to Beijing to take care of Delphi’s business in China. Dr. Zhao’s management style is as mild and intense as his conversation, which makes people feel the great tolerance and affinity of traditional Chinese culture.
