刘××男28岁工人湖北省沔阳县人住院号83—4749 1983年5月29日入院。主诉:左眼流泪八天。现病史:5月21日开始左眼流泪。患眼不红、不疼。用多种消炎药水或眼膏均无效。于28日来诊,行左眼泪道冲洗。冲洗水从上泪小点溢出,考虑鼻泪管阻塞。行泪道探通术。探针进入泪囊后阻塞,疑有异物阻挡。追问病史,回忆一年前用铁锤砸铁时,碰伤左眼内侧皮肤,当时流血不止。到镇卫生院处理,皮肤创口经止血包扎。全身应用消炎药物治疗数天而愈。以后左眼常胀痛,偶而流泪。查体未见异常。双眼视力均为1.5。左泪囊区皮肤无红肿和显疤痕。挤压左侧泪囊区无脓性分泌物溢出,局部轻度压痛。上下泪小
