刘家峡水电站发电引水系统的引水钢管、钢衬和工作门槽经过多年的运行发现有不同程度的损坏, 如钢衬失稳、工作门主轨变形、钢管与混凝土之间脱空等。检查其原因有: 设计方面, 如外水压力考虑欠妥; 施工方面, 混凝土振捣不实局部有蜂窝现象, 钢衬与混凝土粘接不良; 管理方面, 平常检查不细, 多是宏观性质的检查, 发现不了事故预兆等。对损坏部位的修复采取了挖除不合格混凝土、增设抗剪锚栓、化学灌浆、环氧砂浆封堵裂缝等措施, 取得了良好的效果。
After many years of operation, the diversion pipes, steel linings and working door slots of the power generation and drainage system of Liujiaxia Hydropower Station have been found to have different degrees of damage, such as instability of steel lining, deformation of the main rail of the working door and void between the steel pipe and the concrete. Check the reasons are: design, such as the external water pressure considered defective; construction, concrete vibrate false local honeycomb phenomenon, steel lining and concrete bonding bad; management, the usual inspection is not fine, mostly macroscopic Check, can not find the accident omen and so on. The repair of damaged parts has taken measures such as removing unqualified concrete, adding shear anchors, chemical grouting and plugging of epoxy mortar and achieved good results.
