中职学校为企业培养各种各类的技术人才,不仅要教会他们专业知识和专业技能,也承载着企业价值观﹑职业素养的培养。中职学生在接受校园文化教育的同时,也必须要接受企业文化的熏陶,这样当他们跨出校园走入社会时能够做到得心应手﹑游刃有余。学校要为学生创造一切可行条件,通过课堂﹑课外﹑校企合作等方式把企业文化融入到校园文化中,使企业文化和校园文化一起成为学生知识结构中的两大分支。
