近年来,经常听到“有效”一词,“有效备课”“有效教学”“有效作业”等等。2014年3月16日,我参加了长丰县小学数学“同课异构”教研活动,聆听了来自庄墓中心校孟老师和柘塘小学李老师的同一课题《长方体的认识》公开教学,感触良多。两位老师的课均体现了一个理念:有效。一、导入有效(以李老师教学片段为例)片段:师:这节课老师给大家带来一个魔术袋,里面有很多物体。你能从中摸出一个长方体吗?(请一个学生摸)
