血浆微量蛋白是一组不同的血浆蛋白,微量蛋白包括前白蛋白(PA),α_1抗胰蛋白酶(α_1AT),α_1酸性糖蛋白(α_1AG),触珠蛋白(HAP),α_2巨球蛋白(α_2M),连珠蛋白(HP),转铁蛋白(Tf),铜竺蛋白(CP),白蛋白(A),球蛋白(G),C反应蛋白(CRP),β_2微球蛋白(β_2M)等等。 本文以PA、α_1AT、α_1AG、HP、α_2M、Tf、A、G为指标,观察肝硬化、肝癌及肝外癌症组患者的变化,并探讨其意义。
