以往临床判断胎儿肺成熟度一般都采用公认的测定羊水表面活性物质卵磷脂与鞘磷脂比值(L/S)的方法。为了建立一种简单、快速、准确的新检测方法,作者研制成功了胎儿肺成熟度测定仪,本文介绍了该仪器的基本原理和工作过程。应用该仪器对148例不同孕期羊水进行测试,并与卵磷脂/鞘磷脂比值对照,结果其测定的敏感性为95%,特异性为91%,准确性为93%。该仪器较之测定卵磷脂与鞘磷脂比值的方法简便、快速、准确,羊水用量少,成本低,有较好的应用推广价值。
In the past, clinically judged fetal lung maturities generally used the accepted method of determining the ratio of lecithin to sphingomyelin (L/S) in the amniotic fluid surfactant. In order to establish a simple, rapid and accurate new detection method, the author developed a fetal lung maturity tester. This article introduced the basic principles and working process of the instrument. The instrument was used to test 148 cases of amniotic fluid during different pregnancy and compared with the lecithin/sphingomyelin ratio. The sensitivity of the assay was 95%, the specificity was 91%, and the accuracy was 93%. Compared with the method for determining the ratio of lecithin and sphingomyelin, this instrument is simple, rapid, accurate, with less amniotic fluid, low cost, and has good application and promotion value.
