△为增进我国留学人员与国内青年科技人员之间的学术交流、友谊和合作,促进我国激光事业的发展和国际交流,使留学人员更好地了解改革开放后国内的变化、国内科研发展及科研体制改革的状况,由中国科学院和国家自然科学基金委员会主办、中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所承办的93’青年学者激光学术讨论会于1993年8月26日～29日在上海天马大酒店召开。来自美国、日本、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、意大利、德国、法国、中国等9个国家的80余名青年学者参加了讨论会。会议上共对106篇学术论文以宣讲和张贴两种形式进行了热烈而活跃的交流,其内容涉及基础研究、激光器件、非线性光学、激光光谱、量子光学、光纤与光纤
