继续教育是教师成长的重要渠道,也是办好幼儿园的根本要求。本文从增强继续教育的主动性、针对性、实效性三个方面介绍了探索创新教师继续教育的模式,以及运用这些模式有效地促进教师素质提高的情况。
Continuing education is an important channel for the growth of teachers and a fundamental requirement for running kindergartens. This article introduces the modes of exploring innovative teachers ’continuing education from the three aspects of enhancing the initiative, pertinence and effectiveness of continuing education, as well as the effective use of these models to promote the improvement of teachers’ qualities.
