对30个山葡萄品系(品种)的气孔密度,气孔大小及气孔面积百分率与霜霉病感病指数的相关与回归分析表明,山葡萄的气孔密度与霜霉病感病指数呈极显著正相关,回归系数亦极显著。可以用山葡萄叶表气孔密度直接作为霜霉病抗病性指标之一,对山葡萄种质进行抗病性鉴定,从而加快山葡萄抗霜霉病育种的进程,提高山葡萄育种效率。
