水泥裹砂(石)混凝土,是日本、丹麦等国七十年代末广泛应用的一项新技术。这种技术是先把水泥、砂(石)和部分水放入搅拌机,进行第一次搅拌,使水泥裹在砂(石)上,形成水泥砂(石)浆后,再加入石子和水,进行第二次搅拌,形成混凝土。近几年来,国内许多单位,对水泥裹砂(石)混凝土进行了试验研究,并在一些工程上试用。结果表明有两大优点:一是强度高、质量好,水电部在山东郯城青泉寺引水隧洞工程中,采用了水泥裹砂喷射混凝土,其强度提高了15%;二是节约水泥,山东省淄博市房建公司采用水泥裹石法生产混凝土构件节约水泥15~20%。
