为探究栝楼根提取物的药理作用,通过体外细胞毒性试验和动物试验观察栝楼根提取物对肿瘤的影响。细胞毒性试验表明栝楼根提取物在0.5 mg/mL以上浓度时明显抑制小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2/0)的生长;动物试验表明栝楼根提取物在0.1 mg/mL注射剂量时肿瘤抑制效果最佳,抑制率可达40.9%。
In order to investigate the pharmacological effects of Triterpene root extracts, the effect of the root extracts of Trichosulphus falciparum on tumors was investigated by in vitro cytotoxicity tests and animal experiments. The cytotoxicity test showed that the root extract of G. frugiperda significantly inhibited the growth of mouse myeloma cells (SP2/0) at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL or more; animal studies showed that the G. mirabilis extract inhibited tumor growth at an injection dose of 0.1 mg/mL. The best effect, inhibition rate of up to 40.9%.
