本文介绍了新修订的《公路水泥混凝土路面施工技术规范》(JTG F30-2010)版本中的隔离封层与缓冲封层设置技术,它是长寿命水泥混凝土路面整体结构优化的重要内容之一。在水泥混凝土路面板底半刚性基层上设置热沥青石屑或三种薄膜隔离封层;在贫混凝土等基层刚性基层上设置沥青混凝土或油毡局部缓冲封层。期望实现刚性面板的软着陆,从而切实延长水泥混凝土路面的实际使用寿命。
This paper introduces the installation of isolation seal and cushion seal in the revised version of “Technical Code for Construction of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement” (JTG F30-2010). It is an important part of the overall structural optimization of long-lived cement concrete pavement. On the semi-rigid base of the cement concrete pavement, hot asphalt or three kinds of thin-film isolation sealing layers are set on the semi-rigid base of the cement concrete pavement; local buffer sealing layer of asphalt concrete or linoleum is set on the rigid base of lean concrete and other layers. Expected to achieve a soft landing of rigid panels, so as to effectively extend the actual service life of cement concrete pavement.
