不久前,上海房地产市场闪过一道晴天霹雳——在2011年上海土地交易市场首拍的预申请须知中,规定“出让人收回并补偿相应残余价值”。这一“史无前例”的规定掀起了新一轮关于土地使用权到期后该如何处置的争论。
Not long ago, Shanghai real estate market flashed a thunderbolt - in the 2011 Shanghai Land Exchange market pre-application notice, provides that “the transfer of the owner to recover and compensate the corresponding residual value.” This “unprecedented” regulation set off a new round of controversy over how to dispose of land use rights when they expire.
