根据省委关于开展以改革开放为动力 ,“调整结构、开拓市场、搞活流通”为主题的解放思想、更新观念大讨论的要求 ,1999年12月7日 ,云南省社会科学界联合会召开“解放思想 ,更新观念”讨论会 ,邀请部分专家学者和经济战线的实际工作者 ,为云南解放思想、更新观念 ,促进经济社会发展献计献策。与会者发言热烈而实在 ,现将其主要观点摘登如下。
According to the requirements of the provincial party committee on launching the emancipation of the mind with the theme of “reforming the structure, opening up the market, invigorating the circulation” under the theme of reform and opening up, and updating the concept discussion, on December 7, 1999, the Federation of Social Science of Yunnan Province held the “ Emancipate the Mind and Renew Concepts, ”invited some experts and scholars and practical workers in the economic front to give suggestions and ideas for the emancipation of the mind, the renewal of concepts and the promotion of economic and social development in Yunnan.
