公共服务体系供给侧改革是以提高公共服务供给质量、满足人民群众需求为出发点,以调整供给结构、扩大有效供给等为基本手段的公共服务供给改革。推进公共服务体系供给侧改革,有助于优化公共服务供给结构,提高公共服务发展质量,促进公共服务产业发展。为此,应深入分析公共服务体系供给侧改革,以创新公共服务供给体制、方式、标准,建立多元化、多层次的公共服务供给体系。
The supply-side reform of the public service system is to reform the public service supply based on the improvement of the quality of public service supply and the satisfaction of the needs of the people as well as the adjustment of the supply structure and the expansion of effective supply. Promoting the supply-side reform of the public service system helps to optimize the structure of public service supply, enhance the quality of public service development, and promote the development of public service industries. Therefore, the reform of the supply side of the public service system should be analyzed in depth so as to create a diversified and multi-level public service supply system by innovating the system, method and standard of public service supply.
