以东农47和PI317334-B杂交衍生的136个F4∶8代重组自交系(RILs)为对象,对其蛋白和油分含量进行正态分布检验及分析,同时利用182个SSR标记构建遗传图谱,并定位分别与大豆蛋白和油分含量相关的QTL,为深入改良及培育优质的大豆新品种提供了重要依据。结果表明:RILs在蛋白与油分含量的表型上的变异系数较大,分离程度好,且基本上呈正态分布;共检测到9个QTL,其中与蛋白含量相关的QTL有3个,分别位于N、C1和B2染色体上的标记SSR03_0428、SSR04_1192和SSR14_1153附近,贡献率范围为7%~8%;与油分含量相关的QTL有6个,分别位于C2、B1、B2、D2、G和I染色体上的标记SSR06_1630、SSR11_0460、SSR14_0395、SSR17_0721、SSR18_0278和SSR20_0273附近,贡献率变化范围为7%~43%。
