视觉传达设计及广告学专业“四维互导”创新型人才培养模式框架下,需要重点研究专业师资教学能力创新与人才培养联盟的关联互导;院校人才培养联盟能够促进与深化教师教学能力创新;以“关联互导”为切入点可以寻找到具体的能力提升路径;针对关联互导规范建构进程中存在的问题提出了可参考操作的具体对策。
