JF学院是重庆民办高校的代表,本文以JF学院宽带薪酬制度系入手,分析其在宽带薪酬设计中存在的问题,并对此提出了对策和建议,期望能够为民办职业院校进行宽带薪酬设计提供参考。
JF College is a representative of private universities in Chongqing. This paper starts with the system of broadband pay of JF College, analyzes its problems in broadband pay design, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. It hopes to design broadband pay for private vocational colleges for reference.
