近年来多焦点人工晶状体(IOL)逐步应用于临床,在一定程度上改善了单焦点IOL近处阅读困难的缺陷。IOL的设计尽管有了显著进步,但离具有调节力的自然晶状体尚有一定的差距。理解多焦点IOL设计原理并提高手术技巧是用好多焦点IOL的基础。本文就多焦点IOL是否影响对比敏感度、儿童白内障患者是否可以植入多焦点IOL、植入多焦点IOL术后仍有残余度数怎么办等使用多焦点IOL时常遇到的问题进行了阐述。
In recent years, multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) gradually applied to clinical, to a certain extent, improve the near-single-point IOL reading defects. Despite the significant advances in the design of IOL, there is a certain gap from the accommodative natural lens. Understanding the principles of multifocal IOL design and improving surgical skills are the cornerstone of many IOLs. This article describes the issues frequently encountered with multifocal IOLs, such as whether multifocal IOLs affect contrast sensitivity, whether children with cataract can implant multifocal IOLs, and how many residual foci remain after multifocal IOL implantation.
