文中指出应将医疗事故作为医院事故防止系统的问题加以考虑,提出了医疗纠纷的提起与医疗事故中有无过失无关的观点,并讨论了医院危险处理系统的主要课题等问题。
The article points out that medical accidents should be considered as a problem of the hospital accident prevention system, and the viewpoint that medical disputes are brought in is not related to the malpractice in medical malpractices, and the main issues of the hospital’s dangerous processing system are discussed.
