对色素性浅表型基底细胞癌误诊为恶性黑素瘤1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,60岁。因左腹股沟黑色肿物10a迅速增大伴痛痒半个月于2011-02-25入院。患者10a前无明显诱因左腹股沟出现一处约绿豆大小黑色肿物,无自觉症状,未予重视,近半月自觉肿物明显增大。曾因洗澡导致肿物破溃结痂,痂皮自然脱落后,自觉疼痛、瘙痒。我科以色素痣、恶性黑素瘤、基底细胞癌收入院治疗。查体:T 36.2℃,一般情况良好,浅表淋
