2月15日,继中国会计审计准则体系发布会之后,财政部在发布会会场召开了会计审计准则国际趋同演讲会。国际会计准则委员会主席戴维·泰迪、国际会计师联合会秘书长伊恩·鲍尔和国际审计与鉴证准则理事会主席约翰·卡洛斯等国际会计审计专家,就会计审计准则国际趋同问题,先后在会上作了精彩演讲。演讲中,他们介绍了国际会计审计准则的发展和未来几年的工作规划,高度评价了中国会计审计准则国际趋同工作所取得的成绩。他们指出,中国会计审计准则体系的发布实施,使中国会计审计准则与国际准则之间实现了趋同。中国注册会计师协会会长刘仲藜、财政部副部长王军出席演讲会。演讲会由中国注册会计师协会秘书长陈毓圭和财政部会计司司长刘玉廷分别主持。本刊整理并刊发伊恩·鲍尔和约翰·卡洛斯的精彩演讲,戴维·泰迪所作的《加速趋同,加快建立全球财务报告准则》演讲内容另期刊发。
