外伤性鼓膜穿孔常因直接或间接外力作用所致.穿孔后可突感耳痛、听力减退、耳鸣、少量出血和耳内闷塞感.小型裂隙穿孔可于3～4周内自行愈合,而较大而经久不愈的穿孔则须行鼓膜

外伤性鼓膜穿孔常因直接或间接外力作用所致.穿孔后可突感耳痛、听力减退、耳鸣、少量出血和耳内闷塞感.小型裂隙穿孔可于3～4周内自行愈合,而较大而经久不愈的穿孔则须行鼓膜修补术方能修复.近1年来,对于难自行愈合的较新鲜的鼓膜穿孔,我科多采用鼓膜外行贴补术,同时佐以韩氏穴位神经刺激仪治疗,疗效迅速显著,治愈率达98%,现报导如下.
