Adie报道的强直性瞳孔不少见;强直性瞳孔伴有可变的反射消失称作Holmes-Adie综合征.少数病例也可出现植物神经功能障碍,其典型症状为进行性节段性少汗.已报道10例.现将强直性瞳孔、不恒定的反射消失,节段性少汗三联症称之为Ross综合征.本文报道两例病人,其症状为单侧强直性瞳孔,腱反射减弱、节段性少汗,并有继发性皮肤改变.
