沈阳市大东区国税局按照全面从严治党向基层延伸的要求,狠抓主体责任细化落实,将提升缋效理念、形成责任链条体系作为全面从严治党落实主体责任的利器。绩效管理持续发挥导向作用,将各项税收重点工作纳入绩效考核,将工作职能、工作质量、工作态度、工作效率作为监督管理的具体内容,通过规范各项工作制度打造责任链条体系,健全沟通反馈机制、加强定期跟踪问效等方式,确保实现“服务升级、管理增效、形象提升”的工作目标。
