目的本文探索微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品乳液中铬的含量。方法采用美国CEMMARS-5型微波消解仪,程序升温;美国PE公司原子吸收分光光度计;石墨炉原子化器,测定条件:波长:357.87 nm,狭缝宽:0.8 nm,空心阴极灯电流:9 mA。点灯方式:BGC-D;氩气:压力0.35 MPa。氘灯背景校正系统。样品经微波消解,被注入原子化器,按程序温度依次经干燥、灰化、原子化、净化后形成铬原子蒸汽吸收层吸收来自铬元素空心阴极灯光源的特征谱线,测量该谱线吸光度,利用其与铬浓度成正比的关系作标准系列并定量。结果铬浓度在0 ng/ml~20 ng/ml时线性关系良好(r=0.999 6,n=5),平均加标回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.5%(n=4)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于化妆品乳液中铬的含量测定。
Objective To explore the determination of chromium in cosmetic emulsion by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The linearity was good (r = 0.999 6, n = 5) at a concentration of 0 ng / ml ~ 20 ng / ml. The average recovery was 100.2% and the RSD was 1.5% (n = 4). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of chromium in cosmetic emulsion.
