图书馆个性化服务伴随时代发展的个性化需求而产生,着眼于每一位用户不同的文化层次、阅读兴趣、信息索求等个体特征,为其提供个性化的信息服务。通过总结用户的一些阅读信息,建立用户信息数据库,利用相关软件跟踪用户的知识信息需求,并对其研究或学习的知识方向和特点加以分析、研究,从而为其提供个性化服务。
Personalized service of the library is accompanied by the individualized demand of the development of the times. It focuses on individual characteristics of each user in different cultural levels, reading interests and information requests, and provides personalized information services. By summarizing some users ’reading information, the user information database is set up, the users’ knowledge and information needs are tracked by related software, and the knowledge direction and characteristics of their research or learning are analyzed and studied to provide personalized service.
