以EPIA2000系统为平台,对25 MW生物质振动炉排进行仿真研究,分析和讨论炉排振动和燃料水分波动对锅炉特性的影响,结果表明:炉排的振动提高了燃料燃烧的反应速度,增加了锅炉实时燃料量,炉膛温度随炉排振动有明显升高,增幅在100℃左右;炉排的振动降低了炉排风阻,使炉排风量瞬间增加,炉膛压力迅速上升;生物质燃料的热值随燃料水分的增加有明显的降低,在30%以内基本呈线性变化;随着燃料水分从10%增加到20%,炉膛温度下降约100℃,锅炉负荷降低10%左右。
Based on the EPIA2000 system, the simulation research on 25 MW biomass vibration grate was conducted. The influence of grate vibration and fuel moisture fluctuation on the boiler characteristics was analyzed and discussed. The results show that the vibration of grate improves the reaction speed of fuel combustion and increases The boiler real-time fuel quantity, the furnace temperature with the grate vibration has increased significantly, an increase of about 100 ℃; Grate vibration reduces the grate drag, so that the furnace exhaust volume increases momentarily, the pressure in the furnace rises rapidly; biomass fuel The calorific value decreases obviously with the increase of fuel moisture, which changes linearly within 30%.
