在项目投资评价指标法的应用过程中,决策主体对不同评价方法适用条件的选择判断比较模糊。本文尝试通过对项目投资评价指标法梳理和初步探析,发现项目投资评价指标的选择要结合企业项目投资决策的特点、经营管理特点及投资项目类型等因素综合加以考量。
In the process of application of project investment evaluation index method, the decision-making body judges the choice of different evaluation methods more vaguely. This paper attempts to comb the project investment evaluation index method and preliminary analysis and found that the project investment evaluation index should be combined with the characteristics of the project investment decision-making, management characteristics and types of investment projects and other factors to be considered.
