老小区改造跟踪审计过程极为复杂,需要采取有效措施来对其进行造价控制。基于老小区的改造特点,要从界面管理和合同管理两个方面分析老小区改造工程造价的影响因素及制定相关措施,以实现造价控制这一总目标。
The process of retrofitting and tracking the old residential area is very complicated and requires effective measures to control its cost. Based on the characteristics of the transformation of old residential areas, we should analyze the influencing factors of the reconstruction cost of old residential areas and make relevant measures from the interface management and contract management in order to achieve the overall goal of cost control.
