利用构建的BL21-28a-BtCry1Ab基因工程表达菌,优化表达BtCry1Ab毒素蛋白,表达菌裂解后的粗产物与OrerSNPV以一定的浓度混合饲喂3龄灰斑古毒蛾,测定出不同比例复配后的杀虫效果。生测结果表明:BtCry1Ab与Orer-SNPV不同复配比例均能够取得很好的毒效。当OrerSNPV浓度为5.0×106PIBs/mL、BtCry1Ab蛋白浓度为20μg/mL时,对3龄灰斑古毒蛾幼虫的致死中时间(LT50)比单用Orer-SNPV缩短3.2 d,90%死亡时间(LT90)缩短3.8 d。
