一、前言随着无接头自行车的迅速发展,国内不少企业纷纷引进了无接头车架自动焊机。目前,用于无接头车架焊接的自动焊机可分为二大类:一类采用机械自动控制,属刚性自动焊机;另一类采用电脑控制,属柔性自动焊机。我国引进的自动焊机大多为第一类。柔性自动焊机尚处于研制阶段。

I. Introduction With the rapid development of jointless bicycles, many domestic enterprises have introduced a jointless frame automatic welder. At present, the automatic welding machine for jointless frame welding can be divided into two categories: one is mechanical automatic control, which is a rigid automatic welding machine; the other is computer controlled and is a flexible automatic welding machine. Most of the automatic welding machines imported from China are the first type. Flexible automatic welding machine is still in the development stage.
