现阶段龙岗中职物流人才教育正处于难得的发展时期,中职学校应通过这一契机创建物流工作室,提高物流专业教师和学生的实践能力。通过调研,认为中职物流工作室首先应突出企业岗位需求,使物流工作室能够真正培养企业需要的操作型人才;其次,中职物流工作室的制度建设也应当顺应趋势,体现职业考试的要求,重点提升职业资格考试所需要的各项能力。此外,建立可以加快物流专业教师成长的物流工作室平台,努力建设一支高素质的教师队伍。
At this stage Longgang vocational logistics personnel education is in a rare period of development, vocational schools should be the opportunity to create a logistics studio, logistics teachers and students to improve the practical ability. Through investigation and research, we think that the logistics studio in middle vocational school should first highlight the needs of enterprise positions so that logistics studio can really cultivate the operational talents needed by enterprises.
