对36例孔源性视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液(SRF)及其血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性进行了测定。结果表明:GPX在SRF和血清中含量分别为:110.5±40.5单位·L-1,176.6±8.7单位·L-1,血清中的含量显著高于SRF(P<0.01)。GPX在SRF中的含量与视网膜脱离范围呈正相关,脱离范围超过2个象限后GPX显著增加(P<0.01);脱离时间超过1个月后,GPX在SRF中含量也显著增加(P<0.05),但超过三个月后就不再增加。
The subretinal fluid (SRF) and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity in 36 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were measured. The results showed that the contents of GPX in SRF and serum were 110.5 ± 40.5 units · L-1 and 176.6 ± 8.7 units · L-1, respectively. The contents of GPX in serum and serum were significantly higher than those in SRF (P < 0.01). The content of GPX in SRF was positively correlated with the extent of retinal detachment, and the GPX was significantly increased (P <0.01) after the detachment of more than 2 quadrants. The content of GPX in SRF was also significantly increased after detachment for more than 1 month (P < 0.05), but not more than three months later.
